These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and HackSec.ai (“NannyEye”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the NannyEye website, web app, and iOS and Android applications and any related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
NannyEye lets you turn phones and compatible IP cameras into a private monitoring network, view live streams, receive motion/sound alerts, and keep recordings. We offer:
Feature details and current prices are shown on our pricing and checkout pages. The web app requires an active Pro or Max plan. We may add, change, or retire features over time.
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct is described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
You may only connect and view cameras that you own or are expressly authorised to access. You are solely responsible for ensuring your monitoring complies with all applicable laws, including surveillance, privacy, and audio-recording-consent laws in your jurisdiction. Some locations require you to inform or obtain consent from people who may be recorded. NannyEye is a tool; you are responsible for how you use it.
You retain all rights to the video, audio, snapshots, and recordings you create (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, transmit, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you (for example, relaying a stream or storing a recording you choose to keep). We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it for advertising or to train AI models. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights necessary to capture it.
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by HackSec.ai and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.
The Service relies on third parties (such as Google Firebase, our payment provider, app stores, and STUN/TURN relays) and may interoperate with third-party cameras and networks. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or content, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Streaming quality depends on your devices, cameras, and network, which are outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
NannyEye is not a professional or emergency security, alarm, medical, or life-safety service. Do not rely on it as your sole means of protecting people or property. We do not guarantee that alerts will be delivered, that streams will be available, or that events will be detected or recorded.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HackSec.ai and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or for any damages arising from loss, theft, injury, or property damage related to your use of or inability to use the Service, missed or failed alerts, or unavailable or lost recordings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) [USD 50]. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HackSec.ai from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your unlawful monitoring or recording of others.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as content licences for backups, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence, you agree that the courts located in Surat, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
