Delivery Policy

NannyEye is a digital software service. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

1. Digital delivery

NannyEye is delivered electronically. The mobile apps are downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play; the web app runs in your browser at our website.
When you purchase a Pro or Max subscription, access is activated on your account immediately after your payment is confirmed — typically within a few seconds and no later than a few minutes.
Paid features unlock automatically across the web app and the iOS/Android apps signed in to the same account. No shipping, no waiting, no delivery charges.

2. If access doesn’t activate

If your plan hasn’t activated within a few minutes of a successful payment, first sign out and back in to refresh your account. If it still isn’t active, contact support@hacksec.ai with your account email and transaction ID and we’ll resolve it quickly.
