Acceptable Use Policy

1. Lawful monitoring only

• Only connect, view, or record cameras you own or are expressly authorised to access.
• Comply with all surveillance, privacy, and data-protection laws that apply where your cameras and the people they record are located.
• Audio matters: many places restrict recording audio without the consent of the people recorded. Some require one-party consent, others all-party consent. It is your responsibility to know and follow the rules that apply to you.
• Where the law requires it, notify or obtain consent from people who may be recorded (for example, household staff, guests, or in shared spaces).

NannyEye must never be used to stalk, harass, spy on, or secretly record anyone unlawfully, including in places where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy (such as bathrooms, changing rooms, or another person’s private home).

2. Prohibited activities

You must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing purpose;
• Monitor or record any person without a lawful basis or required consent;
• Access cameras, accounts, networks, or data that are not yours;
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where allowed by law;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its security, or its infrastructure (including attempts to bypass plan limits, authentication, or rate limits);
• Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system;
• Use bots or automated means to abuse the Service or scrape data;
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Use the Service to create, store, or share illegal content, including any sexual content involving minors.

3. Your account & security

• Keep your credentials confidential and don’t share your account;
• Use strong, unique passwords and enable available security features;
• Report suspected unauthorised access to support@hacksec.ai promptly.

4. Fair use of the network

Live streaming uses real bandwidth and shared infrastructure (including relay servers). Don’t use the Service in a way that places an unreasonable load on our systems or degrades the experience for others. We may apply reasonable technical limits to protect the Service.

5. Enforcement

If you breach this AUP, we may warn you, restrict features, suspend, or terminate your account, remove content, and where appropriate report unlawful activity to the authorities. Serious breaches may be acted on immediately and without refund (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).
